1. Is your travel consultant of our company fast enough to answer your email and patient enough to answer you questions?

Yes, Reya's speedy responses, attention to detail of what I asked and her expertise on the various travel options are the major contribution to my trip.

2. How do you comment on your trip arrangements?

It is perfect. Reya is quick in understanding my needs; she is very efficient in arranging my tip from March 8 to March 22. the accommodations, the meals, transportations and the local guides were all excellent.

3. Are you willing to recommend our services to your people who also have an interest to visit China?

Absolutely yes. In fact, already provided your company name to several friends. And posted a detail review on TripAdvisor.

4. Your general opinion on us?

A great company, who is genuinely interest in providing the very service to you customers. Reya is not only knowledgeable but also devoted in providing the very best service to her customers.

Don’t worry, Rita. I am fine. Just that the couple who went they booked with your company and the wife was disappointed coz they stayed a night in YC before the cruise, if she knew earlier she would have done something before went onboard.

Can I ask do u have customers who do back to back? Means YC to CQ and continue CQ to YC? Coz I find it easier to get out from Yichang port due to the transporter. If at Chongqing walking up the staircase may be a challenger to the elderly ppl. We are fine to stay on the ship even if not gg down especially my Mum.

No problem about the hotel as Christine and driver were nice they brought us there until we checked in.

As for lift as optional tour the cruise manager told us no longer provided except on some ships. It was not an easy to us, but a couple which also booked via your company wasn’t aware. The wife was looking forward to the ship lift. Just to share.

But their service on century cruises are really 6 stars, we are very impressed. I also noticed they are the only cruise ship which arranged staff to standby at the port to guide the guests back to the ship. Excellent.

Below my replies, pertaining to your questions.

1. How do you comment your tour arrangements?

The tour was arranged according to my request. Though the tour guide told me she wasn’t aware that I would be staying at Marriott Executive, as the record still showed the other hotel, Hilton. Anyway it was all right, not a big issue. We enjoyed the tour and Christine was very detailed. I am grateful that she helped my Mum with her luggage.

The Century Victory ship was amazing with excellent service.

2. Are you willing to recommend our service to your people who also have an interest to visit China?

Yes of course

3. Do you have any suggestions on improving our services?

The optional tour, ship lift at the dam site, according to the cruise manager was no longer available for the itinerary I was in. Was told since this year onwards. Maybe your company can look into getting the latest info.

Rita did a wonderful job, from booking of the cruise to arranging a tour guide for our post-cruise tour. She would follow up with my enquiries.

4. Can we use your comments of our service, the photos or other images that you took on the tour for our websites, brochures, marketing and publicity? If yes, could you please send us some of your photos by E-mail?

I just came back to my city last night. I would like to thank you for all the arrangements. Pls do recommend Century Cruises to more customers as they will like it. Btw during my trip, they told us the ship lift was no longer offered as optional tour, except another Century ship. Just fyi, some other guests who booked through your company were not aware. May be good if you could refer to the itinerary which u sent. They have confirmed Century Victory won’t be offering that as optional tour.

Also we were given an included Ship Tour to visit the captain’s wheels, I was surprised. Didn’t have to pay RMB68 for that.

Century Victory is a gorgeous ship and Century Cruises did a wonderful job. I noticed it was the only cruise line which had the staff lining outside to guide the guests back to the ship at the ports which I visited. I truly enjoyed the wonderful service. They also celebrated guests’ birthday including for my Mum. The cruise manager also invited my Mum for a waltz dance.

Christine is a gd tour guide and she helped us with our requests. I am thankful she helped my Mum with her luggage also.

I am still traveling and not back to Singapore. Regarding the cruise, my wife & I enjoyed very much. It was very well organized & the food spread was excellent. There are wines provided during meals and service was excellent. The embarkation process was smooth & I have to commend century victory staff for a job well done.

P: Was the hot pot delicious tonight? Did you feel it spicy?
S: It was super! It was too spicy for me, so I ate the mild version. but my husband loved the spicy one!
P: and how about other parts in Chengdu?
S: All were interesting. Leshan Buddha was amazing. Sichuan opera awesome, my husband still trying to figure out how they changed masks. and panda were so cute.
We love Chengdu. The hotel was also very good, modern, and great location.

S: The cruise was awesome! David our Chongqing guide was excellent. Chongxing was our biggest surprise.

Yes, we are back home. We had a great time. My favorite part was the service, especially. The English-speaking staff. They worked really hard to make our trip enjoyable. We upgraded (ship was not full) to an executive floor. That was a good decision.

The tours, were interesting, even. If the weather did not always cooperate.

Food-wise, I really appreciated the excellent coffee and the quality of the red wine!
