Our experience with Yangtze River Cruise was truly exceptional. We chose the 4-day, 3-night cruise aboard the Victoria Katarina, traveling from Chongqing to Yichang, and everything went perfectly from start to finish. From the moment we boarded, we were impressed by the seamless organization and the peaceful atmosphere on board.

The standard cabins, although simple, offer all the comfort needed for a pleasant stay, with quality bedding and impeccable cleanliness. The crew was particularly welcoming, attentive, and efficient, always ready to help with a smile.

The main restaurant, serving a different buffet each day, far exceeded our expectations. The food was delicious, well-presented, and featured both local and international cuisine. We chose the "private table" option, which allowed us to enjoy quiet meals with a stunning panoramic view from the upper deck — a real highlight!

The excursions offered were well-organized and provided great insight into the region's culture and landscapes. A special mention goes to the “Feng Yan San Guo Show”, which must be booked on the first day: it was a spectacular and unforgettable performance, immersive and beautifully staged. We also tried the onboard massage service, which was a relaxing and pleasant experience after a day of sightseeing.

We would like to extend a special thank you to Shirley Yang, who assisted us with great professionalism and kindness during the booking and travel preparation process. Her availability and advice were extremely helpful.

In short, I highly recommend this cruise to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-organized, culturally rich, and enjoyable experience. It's a wonderful way to discover the beauty of the Yangtze River in ideal conditions.

Dear Shirley,

Many thanks for your help with booking the cruise. We had wonderful time at Victoria Sabrina. Everything went smoothly except that the ship failed to inform us of the luggage transfer service in Chongqing port. It turned out Okay as we asked a local guy for help.

May I get information for the ship? I may have left my credit cards in the safe box at room 514. Can you check for me as well? Many thanks.

We had a great time on the tour arranged by your good work. We fully enjoyed all the places we visited, including the cruise along the Yangtze River. We wished we had more time to spend there.

I shall provide our comments briefly as follows:

1) Travel consultant response -

We found your response was efficient and helpful to assist us to plan and execute the itineraries. You were resourceful and provided good advice to tailor the itineraries to suit our needs. A full 10 out of 10.

2) Tour arrangement -

The sequence of the visits to different places were logical and effective with best use of our limited time. All the hotels, train trips, cruise trips and tour guides/cars were properly and diligently booked and organised to our 100% satisfaction. The tour guides were of good English speaking standards, and very patient and flexible to suit our pace. We rated all of them 5-stars.

3. We are more than willing to recommend your service to our friends/relatives who are interested in visiting China. Please keep up the good work.

4. General comments -

China is really an incredible country for holiday visits. Your excellent service and arrangement will further enhance that experience. The potential is unlimited.

Dear Shirley,

We both enjoyed the cruise very much. I thought we would be having some free time but the entire cruise kept us quite busy. I have to say that I was initially quite worried as this is my first cruise but the whole journey was calm and smooth so I really did not suffer any bad effects during the entire cruise.

We joined 3 optional packages which were the 3 Kingdoms On Fire, White Emperor City and the Ship Lift. All of them were well organised and despite the rain during the visit to the White Emperor City, all of them were very enjoyable. Because of the 3 optional tours that we joined, we were also given a free visit to the ship's Captain's control room worth CNY 100.

We are very happy with the good service and communication provided by you during the pre-tour, purchase process and clear details provided making us confident to travel to Chongqing without joining a group tour from Malaysia. The ship staff were quite surprised that a Malaysian senior couple were travelling on their own as they used to receive a lot of Malaysians on group tours not privately.

We would like to express our utmost appreciation to you for making this cruise a memorable experience.
