We enjoyed everything about the trip. The guides and drivers were excellent and very knowledgeable, with perfect English.

The cruise was wonderful. Full of interesting passengers from many places and such fabulous staff. The staff went out of their way to make our trip comfortable and enjoyable.

Finally, the scenery was stunning, the shore excursions interesting and informative and the ship itself very spacious and relaxing.

Thank you for all your help and we'll be calling on you again when we next come to China in 2026!

Hi,

Thank you very much for your concern. We really enjoyed the cruise thoroughly. After we boarded the ship Bonnie advised us for an upgradation with paying $150 USD and we think we took the the right decision. The room was fine & we loved it as well as the meals. We also participate in the mini cultural event on the ship. The excursion to Fengdu ghost city was interesting too. Before ending I would like to especially thank Bonnie for overall support and Tori for taking care of our meals.

Dear April,

Good of you to ask. I liked the boat very much. To my surprise it is very quiet (no engine sound, no loud announcments etc.) and the cabin was very good quality. I got upgraded to the VIP resraurant, which was very good too. Also service on the boat was very good and polite. 

The excursions were not very good in my opinion. Fengdu was nice, but easily doable without a guide. The evening show was technically interesting but it was artistically not of high quality. We did a short tour to Princess stream. The guide was very good, but it would have been good to hear more about her tujia background. Finally the visit to the 3 gorges dam did not start great as we were just guided from out boat with minimal information to another boat where there were suddenly big groups of people and no English speaking personnel. Also leaving the boat was a big mess with everybody pushing through, while the personnel could have guided people to leave group by group or room by room. 

All in all, if I would go again, I would choose the same boat and just stay on the boat and skip the excursions.

Thanks for arranging such a unique experience for our Huangshan trip.

The Huangshan tour was great with many unbelievable scenes of the mountain that we never can dream off. Our tour guide, Jessica, was amazing. Her knowledge and passion for Huangshan truly brought the experience to life.

Jessica: fluence in English and very energizing, warm and friendly. She was also very patient and helped us to exchange a train ticket that we mistaken brought on our own. She casual chat with us during the ride from the train station to the hotel. After she helped to check us in, she provides some useful information about the town that we were staying on the first night and provided clear instruction for the next day trip. We were so lucky to have you and Jessica as our tour planner and tour guide. Thank you. Ps. Enclosed are few pictures the we took during the Huangshan trip.

I am still traveling and not back to Singapore. Regarding the cruise, my wife & I enjoyed very much. It was very well organized & the food spread was excellent. There are wines provided during meals and service was excellent. The embarkation process was smooth & I have to commend century victory staff for a job well done.

Hi Dear April,

Thank you for following up with us. Crystal and I had a great time on the trip. The trips you helped plan and booked for us went really well as planned.

The tour guide David and Sally are both very friendly and knowledgeable about the tour sites. The Chongqing Metropolitan Hyatt hotel is at a very nice location, walking distance to the Hongya Cave. We enjoyed the great night view of the cave, river and Chongqing. Crystal even did customized photo shoots.

The cruise ship Century Oasis is very nice as well, including nice room, delicious food, spa, top deck and their staff are very friendly and attentive to the guests. The off shore attraction tours are well organized, and we joined the English group. Crystal is amazed at the Feng Yan San Guo Show, very much interested in the Chinese culture. We enjoyed the great views along the river, and got lucky in seeing the water discharge of the three Gorges Dan. Overall we had a wonderful tour and cruise! We really appreciate your great service, excellent communication and very attentive to our needs.

Absolutely fantastic, can’t fault. On board food was awesome and me being vegetarian they even made me special meals each day. Staff were wonderful. I also had laundry done, no issues and very good price. Bar was well stocked and well priced. I also got a foot massage and my daughters hair washed and blow dried also value for money.

Concierge did only once on check in to offer an upgraded package for food and cabin. Then never asked again which was perfect.

Porters hired by ship in Chongqing tried to charge me 100rmb for their service but the English speaking concierge told them off very sternly.

Shore excisions included were awesome. I only did 1 optional which was the show on the second night which was absolutely amazing, it felt like I was in the show.

Only complaint is the ships announcements came into cabin speakers.
