We had a very enjoyable cruise travelling with Yangtze River Cruise on the Victoria Grace. All the cruise staff were helpful and courteous, as we were the only 'English as first language' passengers we even had a table to ourselves! The other passengers were mainly Chinese apart from a tour group of about 25 Romanians. We were always provided with an English speaking tour guide on all our excursions. Our cabin was very clean and more than adequate for such a short trip. The ships crew put on a very good entertainment show each night apart from the first one. The buffet food was varied and plentiful.
We enjoyed sitting on the deck and looking at the scenery and seeing rural China. The excursions to various Chinese temples were well run although be warned there are lots of steps!!! The actual dam is most impressive and the whole cruise is worth doing for that alone!

We spent 3 days on the Yangtze with Victoria Grace. We had a great time. The cabins were comfortable and exceptionally clean. The food was OK+. The staff was very professional and, more importantly, tried very hard.
Yangtze was very scenic and do NOT miss the small boat tour of the third gorge on sampans. Great!
We also appreciated the locks. Very impressive.
Tip: the drinks are very overpriced. Buy before you go. Otherwise, no complaints.
