The cruising distance is about 648 kilometers, taking 3 nights and 4 days sailing downstream from Chongqing to Yichang, and 4 nights and 5 days upstream from Yichang to Chongqing.

Shore excursions of this route are mainly including Fengdu Ghost City, Shibaozhai Temple, Lesser Three Gorges, Shennong Stream, White Empire City and the Three Gorges Dam. The longest Yangtze Cruise Route (about 2644 kilometers) between Chongqing and Shanghai is the most relaxing cruising, taking 6 nights and 7 days downstream from Chongqing to Shanghai, and 8 nights and 9 days upstream from Shanghai to Chongqing. The ONLY ship – Victoria Sophia, running this route, will stop over at Wuhan City.

Besides the shore excursions to Fengdu Ghost City, Lesser Three Gorges and Three Gorges Dam in the Three Gorges area, this route also operates land excursions to Mt. Jiuhua and some historical sites, like Museums in Wuhan city, and Confucian Temple in Nanjing, where you can get a better understanding about the local culture along the Yangtze River.
