1. Do the staffs onboard speak English?

Yes, each cruise has a knowledgeable foreign national cruise director. In addition, most of the service staff speaks English as well.

2. Can I smoke and what are the smoking policies?

Yes, you can smoke on cruise ships. There are smoking and non-smoking areas, and usually smoking is only allowed on the observation desk.

3. Are there laundry services onboard?

There are laundry rooms on each cruise ship, and you can have your laundry personally or just ask for the cabin service.

4. Is there the internet access onboard? How can I touch with outside world?

Yes, there is the internet access onboard for each ship, and you can get the information what you want through surfing.

5. What is the voltage onboard? Can I use my phone, hair dryer or shaver?

Most ships have 110V outlets in the bathroom and 220V in cabin. Many ships will supply hair-dryer and shaver in your cabin for your convenience.

6. Are the shore excursions weary?

The shore excursions are not weary, and if you have some walking problems, you can get the service from the local porters. Two of them will carry you in a bamboo chair, for which you only need pay 20-30 RMB. In addition, you can have a chance to experience the Chinese culture.

7. Can I have the services of some private tour guides onboard?

No, there is no private tour guide for you onboard, because all activities onboard are arranged by the cruise company. Your private tour guide will not accompany you during the cruise, and all activities and shore excursions during the cruise will be managed by the cruise company and subject to change without prior notice.

8. What kind of activities, entertainment or parties to be held onboard?

Many activities are set up by the cruise line, including the Welcome Party, Farewell Party, Chinese Finger Boxing, Cultural programs and dancing and movies.
