Yichang Sanxia Airport
Yichang Sanxia Airport is located at the city of Yichang, Hubei, China, 26 kilometers from the city center, and 55 kilometers from the Three Gorges Dam.
Sanxia Airport was built in 1993 and was opened in 1996, covering an area of about 653 acres and the runway is 2,600 meters.
There are flights connecting the city with more than 20 domestic destinations including Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Kunming, Shanghai and Xian. The international airlines fly to and from Hong Kong and Japan.

How to Getting to City Center from Airport?
Airport Shuttle Buses
There are six shuttle buses running between the Airport and Three Gorges Hotel which is located at No. 42, Yanjiang Road. The buses run all day round whenever there is a schedule flight arriving at the airport. The whole journey takes about 50 minutes for a fare of 20RMB.
By Taxi
Taking a taxi is the most convenient and easiest way to transfer to Yichang city center from the airport.
From 06:00 to 23:00, the flag-down price is CNY5 for the first 3 kilometers (1.9 miles) and CNY1.2 per extra kilometer (0.6 mile). At night (23:00-06:00 the next day), the flag-down rate is CNY6.4 for the first 3 kilometers and then CNY1.6 per extra kilometer.
It may cost you about 100 yuan from the Yichang dock where Yangtze cruise ship ports to the Yichang Sanxia Airport.
The fare from Yichang Railway Station to Yichang Port is around 6 yuan.
